This delightfull1920's pond yacht appears to be based on the design of a Gentlemens Motor Yacht which were popular around the early years of the 20th century.
The yacht has its original electric motor which has not been tested. It is still connected to a propshaft and propellor. The rudder and tiller are both present. 
She is in need of complete restoration.
The hull is carved from solid pine and hollowed. The hull is in good order but the paintwork is poor. For stability a wooden keel and lead ballast has been fitted.
The superstructure is complete but the paintwork will also need to be replaced.
The deck has its fittings but will need to be revarnished. There are 2 anchors and a couple of rowing boats.
The yacht is missing 2 masts and the associated rigging.
