This yacht was made by Alexander of Preston in the 1930's.

She has been sailed but is still in wonderful condition for her age. This is due to her having been stored since new in her original sailing box.

The hull has its original white paint with the rare "White Elf" transfers on the bows. The deck is painted cream and benefits from having all its original chromed fittings.

There are some marks from the sailing most notably on the bow and the bottom of the keel. Please have a look at the photos.

The rig is all original. The spars are original alloy tube and appear to have been varnished from new. Over the years some of the varnish has worn away.

The sails are totally original and they are in really good order for their age. There are no holes or tears and just a few small stains.

All the hooks and bowsies are original but some of the rigging may have been renewed.

The stand is in the style of Alexander but is likely to have been made relatively recently.

The box is in good order but the internal slings need to be replaced and the tape acting as the hinge of the lid is coming unglued.

This is a rare opportunity as Alexander yachts are becoming more difficult to find and as a consequence they are increasing in value
