This very pretty scratch built Gentlemans Motor cruiser pond yacht probably dates from the 1930's although the design is actually older.
She can be displayed or, with some restoration, she could be returned to sailing condition.
The hull is structurally good with a separate deck and superstructure.
The paintwork is all original. There are one or two marks and a little paint loss on the transom.
The superstructure is all original and in good order apart from a small area of damage on the wheelhouse roof. Inside the wheelhouse is a wheel, a compass, and a telegraph.
She is fitted with a large StuartTurner electric motor which has not been tested. The original switches are situated just under the opening skylight.
However, the electric circuits are incomplete and require attention.
If she was to be returned to the water the hull joint and the portholes would need to be made watertight.
She is a very attractive yacht and very collectable.
Please have a good look at the photos and if you require any further do not hesitate to ask.
A rare and wonderful opportunity.
Please note : this yacht has a large plywood carrying case for transporting her to the pond. It is included in the sale but please bear in mind that it will increase the shipping costs.
