The hull of this racing yacht was made in pine with a separate deck. The hull shape and the internal carrying handle strongly suggest that she was made in the 1930's. The lines are wonderful and there is a lovely toerail which joins to a shaped area over the transom. There is full braine steering.

However, the rig and especially the sails appear to be post war. The sails are egyptian cotton and apart from some storage marks are in very good condition indeed, certainly too good to be pre war. It appears that the yacht may have undergone an earlier restoration perhaps in the 1950'sor 60's.

Please look at the photos and decide on the age of the yacht and rig yourself. If you would like further photos to help you decide do not hesitate to ask.

The yacht now requires a repaint as there is some paint loss and cracking in other areas. She will also need to be rerigged.

If you are looking for a classic yacht to restore either to display or to sail her then this yacht is well worth considering.
