This yacht is one of the largest rarest of the pre war Star BR range of yachts. .
The hull is hollow with a separate deck. It has a wooden keel with lead ballast. The paintwork of green/blue above the waterline and varnish below is original. It appears to have been overvarnished from new. That varnish has crazed with age to give a lovely patina.
The deck is original with all original wonderful brass fittings.
