This Bowman "Heron" was made in the 50's or 60's. 
She is in good condition for her age but has been sailed. There are some rust spots on the keel and one or two marks on the hull.
The red and cream paintwork is original and in good condition. The Bowman logo on the deck is in perfect order. The rudder is seized and inoperable which could be a problem if it is intended to sail the yacht.
The sails are original and in good order with no holes or tears but there are some stains. The tack on the jib and the clew on the mainsail have been repaired.
This is a very pretty and decorative yacht. 
The stand is not original but is included in the sale if required.
