24 inch restricted pond yachts were designed and built to provide an affordable entry into restricted class racing. They were intended to introduce new blood into the sport. They succeeded far more than envisaged primarily because of their sailing ability.
It is difficult to date this particular 24 inch restricted as it appears to have been professionally restored.
There are one or two marks on the hull but the overall standard of the paintwork is very good indeed. 
The deck is original with drawn plank lines, a removable hatch and all the gear for braine steering. There is mark on the aft deck which suggests a crack but there is no movement.
The sails look as if they have not been used although all the cringles are starting to go rusty. All the rigging is modern and non stretch.
Please have a good look at the photos regarding the condition. Although the restoration must have been completed some years ago it is difficult to imagine that she has been sailed since.
She comes complete with the display stand and also a plywood/polystyrene carrying box for transport to the pond.
