Games Industries produced a range of Albatross Racing Yachts during the 1950's and 60's. Most of them were sold by Gamages.
This particular yacht is the 25inch model and is remarkable as she is totally original.
The hull has its original white paintwork with just a few marks and some paint loss on the keel. The yacht may have dropped at some point as there is some damage to the keel. The ballast is secure.
If the yacht is to be displayed it is not an issue. However, if she is to be sailed repairs to the keel would be required.  
The deck is original and in very good order with plank lines and a ivorine name plaque just aft of the mast. The Braine steering is all present and correctly rigged.
The rig is completely original. The sails are in wonderful condition with just a couple of stains but no holes or tears. All the hooks, bowsies, spars and even the rigging are original.
The stand is original to the yacht and is included in the sale.
