This Alexander Of Preston "Heather Glen" hull has its original varnish but it is in poor condition. Both the hull and the deck would benefit from some refurbishment.
The hull itself is in good order but there are some marks on the deck especially at the transom.
The rudder is present but is loose and will be removed for delivery
There is no rig but photos and dimensions can be supplied. 
Please have a good look at the photos as they give a good guide to the condition.
