This pond yacht has the wonderful lines that you expect from John Alexander. She is quite rare insofar as she is a long keel design rather than the usual fin and skeg layout.
She also has some lovely deck fittings including a decorative companion way hatch and skylight. Apart from the mast step all the fittings are original including the braine steering. The bowsprit is original and will be removed for shipping.
Overall the hull is in good condition but she is in need of a complete repaint. 
Obviously she will also require a new rig.
Alexanders are extemely popular so restoration is very worthwhile.
