This yacht was made by Alexander of Preston and not unusually for these yachts she has been sailed extensively.
She has then been restored. The paintwork is relatively new and the deck has been revarnished. 
The hull has some marks from its sailing days but the overall finish is good. 
The deck also has some marks but again the finish is good. All the deck fittings are original including the braine steering and spring. The toe rails are in good order.
The spars have also been repainted but are original.
The sails are in very good order with no tears but there are 2 or 3 pin prick holes on the mainsail. There are a few small stains.
All the hooks and bowsies are original but all the rigging appears to have been renewed.
Please have a good look at the photos as they give a good indication of the overall condition and the standard of the restoration. 
This is a very striking and attractive yacht by one of the foremost pond yacht manufacturers.
Although the stand is in the style of those made by Alexander it appears to be homemade. It is included in the sale.
