This Alexander & Sons pond yacht is in need of some  attention.
She has her original varnish, red above the waterline and natural below.
However, it is in poor condition with considerable scratching. A complete revarnish may be required.
The hull itself is in good condition.
 The deck has areas of discolouration which may clean but the original varnish is very dull. All the fittings are present and correct including a lovely Alexander & Sons Minature Sailing Yacht sticker.
The spars, hooks and bowsies are all original and in good order. The sails, although professionally made, may not be original. There is also some rodent damage to the mainsail.
The yacht does have the advantage of her original box. 
A very worthwhile project as Alexanders command such high prices now.
