This Alexander Heather Elf is in need of some  attention and help.
Unfortunately the keel was fitted with steel screws which have rusted and split the hull along the centreline bread and butter joint.
The hull will need to be repaired and the keel refitted. The varnish is in poor condition so the hull will require a complete strip and revarnish.
On a more positive note all the deck fittings are present and correct.
Also the rig is completely original. The sails, although dirty, are in good order with no holes or tears.
A very worthwhile project as Alexanders command such high prices now.
