In the 1930's Alexander of Preston produced a range of yachts for Bassett Lowke called White Heather. This hull is one of the larger models from that range at 29 inches.

The hull has its original varnish but it would benefit from a fresh coat. The deck varnish is also original with the lovely crazing that it gets from its age.

All the deck fittings are present and in good condition including the braine steering and the sheet horses.

Overall the hull is in good condition although it is apparent that the yacht has been sailed.

She has her original mast and boom but the mast has been broken 8 inches from the top. They will be useful for working out the dimensions of the sails but whether the mast can be repaired can only be determined with closer inspection.
