This model of the Cunard Liner Queen Mary was made by Bassett-Lowke in the 1930's. Of all the pond yachts we have sold in the last 20 years this is one of our favourites. We sold her about 7 years ago to a restorer who intended to return her to the water. Last year when we saw her untouched in his barn we just had to buy her back.
There is a lot of work to restore her to sailing condition. Obviously less if it is for display.
