Within a short period of time from the cessation of production of Star Yachts in Birkenhead chinese copies started to appear on the market.
One range of "Star" yachts was called Bosun Boats and was marketed by Reeves International Inc of the USA.
Reeves claim to have designed the yacht but basically she is a post war Star SY1 with different livery and Intrepid name transfers.
This particular yacht has been in her original box since new and is complete with sailing instructions and a colour brochure.
Apart from a couple of small paint chips on the deck edge this yacht is in the condition as she was when she left the factory.
