This Star Planet is from the 1950/60's and is from the BR range of yachts.
Although the paintwork is in need of a good clean the hull in in good order with just a few chips and marks.
The deck has all its original fittings including the original sheet horses and bowsprit holders. The deck transfer is very good. However there is an area on the port side where the edge of the deck is delaminating.
The yacht has some of its original spars but will need new sails and new rigging.
As larger Stars are becoming more difficult to find restoration of a yacht like a Planet is a worthwhile project.
