This long keeled pond yacht was carved from solid with a separate hardwood deck. She has a long wooden keel with lead ballast.
She has a lovely "wineglass" shaped hull with great lines.
The construction and design suggests she was made in the 1920's.
The hull is painted black above the waterline and red below. Although this is likely to be the original colour scheme she has been repainted at some point. The hull is in very good order with a swinging door type rudder.
The deck is mahogany and has a wonderful colour with plank lines and original fittings. There is an oval hatch.
The sails are in good condition with some staining and one small repair in the jib.
Much of the rigging has been renewed.
She is a very decorative yacht from a great era of pond yachts.
The stand is not as old as the yacht but shows the yacht well so is included in the sale if required.
