This Star Productions Southern Star dates from the 1960's or 70's. It has the earlier hull shape with the round stern.
The paintwork is original with some marks from sailing. There is some paint loss at the bow and transom. There is also some paint loss on the keel with a few rust spots at the hull keel joint. This is not surprising as the yacht has been sailed.
There are a few paint chips on the deck edge. The deck paintwork is original but has some marks and has faded slightly.
The deck transfer is perfect but one of the bow transfers has a little damage.
The sails are original and have no holes or tears. However, they do have some stains and some foxing. The rigging has been renewed.
This yacht is offered at a price commensurate with its "as sailed" condition.  
The stand is not original but is included in the sale if required.
