This Star Productions Southern Star dates from the 1970's or 80's and has benefitted from having never been sailed and being stored in its original box since new. 
Apart from some small paint chips on the deck edge and a scuff mark on the bow this yacht is in really good condition. The Southern Star transfers are perfect. The paintwork is all original with a few storage marks on the sides of the hull.
The deck is in good condition with just a few marks. All the fittings are original and in good order.
The sails are in very good order with some stains but no holes or tears. The spars and all the fittings are original and as new. The stamp on the mainsail has not faded.
The box is in good condition although the flaps at one end are missing.
The larger Stars, especially ones in their original boxes, are now very collectable.
