This pond yacht dates from the first few years after WWI.
She has a lovely hull shape with a keel that incorporates lead ballast and the rudder.
The paintwork of black and maroon is original but is distressed. There is some paintloss along the hull deck and the hull and keel joints.
The sails are in really good condition with no holes or tears. They are made of the blue lined material which was common in the early years of the 20th century.
She has been handpainted with a coachline and named Prince Rupert.
She is a very attractive yacht from the hayday of pond yacht sailing.
The stand is walnut and is included in the sale if required as it shows the yacht very well.
