This pond yacht dates from the first few years of the 1930's. She was most probably scratch built but has a lovely hull shape with a metal keel that incorporates lead ballast and the rudder.
The paintwork of pale green is original but is distressed. There is some paintloss on the keel.
The deck has its original varnish which gives it a lovely colour. There is a faux hatch cover in the middle of the deck.
The sails are in good condition for their age although they do have a few small holes and some staining. They are made of the brown lined material which was common in that era. She also has a smaller jib with its own bowsprit for higher winds.
She has her original carrying case which is lined in green baize.
She is a very attractive yacht from the hayday of pond yacht sailing.
The stand is mahogany and is included in the sale if required. It is probably not as old as the yacht.
