This very pretty pond yacht dates from the first few years of the 20th century.  The hull and deck are pitch pine and the keel is mahogany.
The yacht appears to have been restored at some point as the paintwork and the varnish are in excellent condition. There is just one mark on the hull amidships on the port side.
The yacht has a very unusual control system for the sheets.
The sails are in good condition with no holes or tears. However, they are heavily stained. They are made of the blue lined material which was common in the early years.
The stand is pine and hardwood and is not as old as the yacht. It is included in the sale if required as it shows the yacht very well.
