"Anglian" is a Lowestoft registered Motor Fishing Vessel pond yacht. She was scratch built from plans produced by Hobbies of Dereham in 1957.
She is bread and butter construction with a separate superstructure. She is in very good condition for her age which suggests she has not been sailed. She is powered by an electric motor which has not been tested. There is a switch on the foredeck.
All the paintwork is original and in good order. All the fittings are also original.
She is a very attractive boat and can be used for display. However, Hobbies designed her to be capable of sailing. 
Please have a good look at the photos as they give a good indication of the boats condition. If you require further photos please do not hesitate to ask. 
The stand is not as old as the boat but is included in the sale if required.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Many of the deck fittings are not as robust as might be expected for a boat which was intended to be sailed. For example the masts are fixed ( one has already been repaired ). Whilst every care will be taken in packing the boat there is a risk some damage could occur in transit. Collection would be a better option. For other delivery options please contact to discuss.
