This 1930's hull was one of a range of yachts sold by Gamages of London and is called "Greyhound".

The hull is made of solid pine and was hollowed with a separate deck. The deck is convex with planks cut into it, It still has its distinctive "Gamages" false hatch cover. The deck has some damage at the bow and also where the mast foot has been removed. The paintwork is original. The hull shape is wonderful and the hull is good enough that it could be displayed as it is.

However, if it is to be restored it will need a new rig. We are able to provide photographs of a complete yacht from this range which will give the dimensions of the gunter rig she would have had when new.

It will also need a new rudder. If you would like any further details or photographs to enable you to estimate the work required to return her to her former self please do not hesitate to ask.
