Skipper yachts were made in Woodbridge Suffolk but production ceased in the late 20th century. They were traditionally made from wood with sails of modern sail material. 
Subsequently they were manufactured  in China but this is an english yacht.
This particular yacht is a red 21 inch Blue Water Ketch.
She is in her original box and although she has been stored in it from new there are one or two small paint chips on the deck edge. Otherwise she is as she left the factory.
As this example is probably about 30 years old the box does have a few scuff marks.
