It is generally thought that blue and red sailcloth were used by Star towards the end of production just before the factory closed. Certainly the condition of this yacht would support this.
She has not been sailed and therefore the paintwork is basically as it was when it was first sold. The hull transfers are perfect.The deck varnish is also as new. The deck transfer has been partially covered by the steering gear but this was done in production.
The sails have faded a little and there is a small repair at the head of the mainsail.
The stand is reproduction but is included in the sale if required.
It is not often that Star yachts are available in this condition.
