We do not normally sell Sutcliffe yachts as they form a market of their own with which we are not familiar.
This particular boat was in a batch of yachts we purchased and so it is offered for sale at what is basically a "trade" price.
It is in used/playworn condition. It is complete with its clockwork motor and a key. The motor works but is not reliable and will need some attention.
