We purchased these vintage sketches in Brittany many years ago with a view to creating a montage and framing for display.
There are in total 16 sketches, and watercolours of french warships and commercial shipping. You should be aware that some of them are on both sides of pages from a sketch book.
They really are delightful and appear to be have been painted/drawn in the 1950's or 1960's.
